Route & highlights of this Caribbean incentive trip
St. Martin & Anguilla — Cast off
- The starting point for all three incentive trips was Philipsburg, St. Martin.
- After boarding: a welcome cocktail on the Sky Deck, the first reunions, sunset over the sea, and dinner under the open sky.
- Later: live music in the Aqua Café — and before the night was over, we set course for the first dream island.
Tortola & Jost Van Dyke — Everyone finds their own rhythm
- Morning: Trellis Bay. Kayak tours through the mangroves, zip-lining with a swim stop, guided nature walks — or intentionally doing nothing at all.
- Afternoon: White Bay, with watersports straight from the marina platform — or barefoot moments in the sand.
- And the evening? Depending on the client: a private beach party, a flying dinner on board Emerald Azzurra, or hot DJ beats at legendary Foxy’s.
Virgin Gorda — Islands you never forget
- By tender, we headed to Prickly Pear Island: a beach BBQ, turquoise water, pure relaxation, and happy faces.
- Anyone who wished could join an organized excursion to the famous “The Baths” — fascinating granite boulders forming natural pools. Big “bathtub” vibes and plenty of fun included.
- Back on board: a cocktail reception, dinner, and a party beneath the Caribbean stars.
St. Barth — Style meets effortless ease
- In Gustavia, the Caribbean showed its most elegant side. Jet-ski tours, shuttles to beaches and boutiques, an afternoon champagne tasting — the right program for every preference.
- For the evening, OceanEvent transformed the decks of Emerald Azzurra: depending on the client, into a White Night, an elegant gala dinner, or an exclusive party zone.
Finale in St. Martin
- To wrap up: a beach club for some, shopping for others. And a shared flight home — also organized by OceanEvent.
- As different as the choreographies of these Caribbean incentive trips were, the result was the same: five intense days in which teams reconnected, re-energized, and reinvented themselves — leaving a lasting impact that will be felt for a long time.
